Shipping

Unless a special offer applies, we provide free shipping for spend over $69.95 Australia Wide. We otherwise provide flat rate shipping of $8 or $9 depending on whether express or domestic post is required. Refer to the table below for more information.

We ship from Sydney via Australia Post. Orders are generally dispatched the next business day if placed before 1 pm with delivery 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. (There can be exceptions to this sometimes, especially during sales). Please see tables below for rates and timelines.

Once shipped, your order will have a tracking number. Please contact hello@lionandlady.com if you do not receive this. The customer (you) assumes all risk from the time that the Lion & Lady products you have ordered are given to the deliverer or freight agent for shipping, posting or forwarding. You need to take responsibility for providing the correct address for your order and proper access for receipt of your order. 

 

Delivery can sometimes be affected by adverse weather conditions and high delivery volume on the part of the carrier. Unfortunately, Lion & Lady cannot guarantee delivery within the normal time frame in these cases. The shipping charges on orders not delivered on time as a result of these delays will not be refunded.

Refunds - Faulty

If you have an issue with the product that leads you to suspect it is faulty, please contact us for assistance hello@lionandlady.com .In accordance with the consumer laws of Australia, we will refund you and investigate any broader implications associated with a batch. Please make contact within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss the problem. The product will be replaced providing it is deemed not to have been tampered with or damaged through incorrect use. Every care has been taken with manufacturing in addition to doing multiple checks of each Lion & Lady teat to ensure the highest quality of the product; and that they comply with safety requirements. The Industrial Designers of the Lion & Lady teat have many years of experience in the infant feeding area.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of Lion & Lady baby teats, bottles or accessories once they have been opened and used.

Returns & Refunds - Change of Mind

We know how crazy birth and newborns can be ! We can appreciate that you will want to be ready with bottles sterilised and ready to go, but please be careful as you might be breastfeeding like a pro and might not need them ! If you wish to return a product, you need to decide before opening the box containing the item that you have purchased. Please send photos of the outer box, showing the box sealed. When photos show the packaging intact, we will schedule a tracked return satchel to be sent to you. You are required to send the order back to us within seven days of receiving the satchel. All returns go through a returns-check process that can take approximately two weeks to be completed. Please note that for full returns, refunds are done minus the outgoing shipping and return shipping costs. If only a portion of the order is returned, refunds are done minus the return shipping. Accordingly, items shipped from Lion & Lady can be returned within 40 days of receipt of shipment if they were not opened or used and are in the original packaging. Please reach out to us via hello@lionandlady.com to start the returns process.

We provide you with a return shipping address and label, and you pay for the return postage using Australia post. When we receive the goods back, we will refund you using the method which you paid (Paypal, Afterpay or Credit Card).
